But 'Racist statements' against the black race in general, against a group of black people, became a crime in 2023.

Between 1989 and 2023, in Brazil, you could bad talk about the black race, in public, in person or in videos, but not mistreat a black individual. Now, after 2023, you can't mistreat black individuals, nor bad talk about the black race, in Brazil.

The censorship only grows in Brazil, year by year.
