President Trump shares seemingly AI video amplifying 'medbed' conspiracy theory

https://www.ksbw.com/article/medbed-card-trump-post/68096939

SALINAS, Calif. — On Saturday, President Donald Trump shared a seemingly artificial-intelligence-created video which promotes a currently unannounced, and once-conspiracy-theory, medical technology.

In the post on Truth Social, Trump shared a video that looks like it's from Fox News' "My View with Lara Trump" where she announces breaking news that the president has announced a new "healthcare system" with the launch of America's first "MedBed hospitals." In the video, the president is seen announcing the technology from the Oval Office.

MedBeds conspiracies date back to 2022 and are shared among far-right communities online. The beds can theoretically cure all disease and de-age people, and some even claim they can regrow limbs. The conspiracy goes on to explain that the reason the general public doesn't have access to these beds is because of liberal billionaires.

There is no proof that Trump ever made those remarks from the Oval Office or that Lara Trump ever made that announcement on air. Information about MedBeds has not been released on the White House's website or any other official channels other than the president's Truth Social account.

KSBW has reached out to the White House for clarification.

In the video, the seemingly fake video of the president announcing the program says that a limited number of "MedBed cards will be released," and registration details will be announced soon. But a search for "MedBed Cards" found a website selling you the cards. The card shown in the video and the card on medbedcard.com look similar.

For $447, someone can buy a single card. In FAQs listed at the bottom of the website, the card promises the following benefits, none of which actually include a MedBed or access to a MedBed:

"The MedBed Card is made of metal and personalized with your name. With it, you receive:

Exclusive information about terahertz technology — you’ll be among the first to know.
Up to 70% discounts on all our products as a member.
Personalized offers delivered directly to your email.

The MedBed Card has no other function or meaning beyond the benefits listed above."

A search of the internet archives found no history of the website before Saturday.

So the question is, who posted this on Trump's official TS account, and is it just another grift?
>>

I’m as conspiratorial as it gets.

This is absolute horseshit.
https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/8167544
And all the other articles around 2022 are for scammy nu-age tier ‘healing’ products. (Redlight, acoustic, ultrasound, etc)

I don’t really care why it was posted.

I’m curious why that garbage was made and available to post. What other fucking trash tier shit is this fucking admin concocting instead of fucking working.
Christ, the fucking army is deployed.
Get it together man.

Distraction so you won't know the United States was sold.
>>
>>1442965
Dumb answer. It was sold by Reagan bush and Obama. That’s why it needed to be made great. To be sold by Biden. Now it’s not being sold. It’s just being burnt and no one is spending a dollar for it.
>>
>>1442957
The depressing reality is that the most likely explanation is that Trump thought it was real. Meaning he:
>Gets all his news from Fox News even though he has intel briefings
>Doesn't know what is going on in his own admin outside of his immediate sphere
>Literally just goes along with whatever vaguely real thing he sees without bothering to check anything
>>
>>1442957
Cui bono?

>>1442967
It was a global economy until Trump decided he was the second coming of Herbert Hoover and pretend it was the 1920s all over again.

>>1442973
We already knew he was a senile boomer stuck in the past. This time around he's more vindictive and easily swayed by his yes men.
>>
It's well known that loads of people have access to Trump's TS account. Most of the posts are by Stephen Miller. This one could just be by Dr Oz or Brain Worm trying to hustle a quick buck or two.
>>
>>1442981
It must be so easy.
Just switch off and scream trump into the void and somehow feel vindicated.
You’re not sure exactly how.
But if feels like you sure showed him
>>
well, TS took the video down and even Fox News issued a statement that the "interview" never appeard on their network. No idea if the advertised website is still up.
>>
>>1443038

https://medbedcard.com/

site is still up, no idea how many hits they have or if anyone signed up.

the grift never stops.
>>
>>1443017
How is that going to fix the price increases, the weaponization of the government, and the erosion of public trust?
>>
>>1442959
My honest guess is this is just another Trump high on whatever concoction they gave him that day posting random shit he saw on /pol/. Medbeds are obviously horseshit since if they worked all these oligarchs wouldn't look like liches barely holding off all the venerial diseases ravaging their corpses.
>>
The tRump medbed is the best medbed in the world. It is painted with 18 karat gold. And can be yours for the outrageously cheap price of 50K
>>
>>1443156
the price on the website is less than $1000 for a medbed card
>>
>>1442957
So not only is he a general idiot and afflicted with dementia, but he's also schizophrenic.
>>
>>1443040
Wow they even have the store up.

I'm surprised this disclaimer is wnoughto cover themselves lwgally. Tbf the entire website doesn't assert anything about medbeds nor does it say the card lets you access one.

i bet the video was posted by some assistant that helps run his account
