The peace talks aren’t going ahead. The Iranians are refusing at least until the US lifts the blockade. They aren’t willing to enter negotiations unless there’s an actual ceasefire in place (ie. No blockades, and Israel not only stops attacking Lebanon but withdraws back to the border)
