Alright, you pathetic pieces of shit. What vehicles are your homeless asses squatting in down by the river?
I'm currently living in a 1984 pace arrow. Should I start cooking meth for the memes?
>>28600613Oh what a feelin'Toy-ota!
>>28600750Does the shower work?
>>28600613Are these Toyota based motorhomes even usable as a moving object in modern times? They seem like they'd be dangerously slow even with the 3.0 which is still a gutless piece of shit.
>>28601335This ain't no race track, kid.
>>28601363The ancient Egyptians only worked half the year, the rest of the time they had to themselves to study nature and the night sky
>>28601375That’s a very creative way of saying they fucked camels.
>>28600613I am currently living in pic related (actually) down by a river for the summer and it's been pretty great. It was converted to an RV back in the 80s and went through some pretty terrible owners in the mean time. Needed a lot of work to make it liveable and not burn up in an electrical fire, but it's pretty nice now. Currently working on getting it road worthy for a big road trip this winter.
>>28601363I like bigfoots, theyre decent. The fiberglass shell makes them less likley to suffer leaks, it is simply a superior design. However, not foolproof, ours is currently sitting stripped and rotten in the front yard.Dining window developed a leak whick rotted the wall out (the internal framing on these things is just stapled together 2x1's, doesnt take much water to rot a 2x1)Then, we accidently forgot to winterize the fresh water tank one year, it burst in the winter and rotted out the subfloor come spring.Rip
I unironically live full time in a 1970's Scotty trailer that I tow with my piece of shit Chevy. I just bounce between friends between the US and Canada, fixing cars occasionally. Heading to the west coast in a week or so. I suppose I'm doing alright but shit sucks since everyone and their mother wants an RV these days. At least I don't pay rent to a landlord or have to commit to 12 month leases.
>>28601739>flxiblegood luck man, you will need it!
>>28601935>The 2x1s are on the inside of the fiberglass to reinforce it?Giving them somthing to tack shit to, i guess.checking again it seems there wasnt acshually much wood in the walls, its mostly insulation, and was mostly the interior panneling that rotted.(picrel our sad bigfoot)If you want a camper that cant rot tho you are going to want to look at them fancy new full-composite campers. No wood attall on or in the walls.>https://totalcomposites.com/Or if you want somthing that wont leak atall, the unfortunate reality is that rv's need to be parked under a roof for long term storage or use. They all leak.
>>28602061Thanks anon, I am very well aware lmao. Parts and info on it are essentially non-existent, and rust repairs will keep me busy for a very long time. I pray that I don't break one of the torsion bars. I was originally looking at a 4102 which would have been a lot easier, but that fell through since the air system was rotted out in the specific one I looked at and I ended up buying the Flxible on a whim. Definitely have my work cut out for me. But I love it and think it's cool, so I'm willing to put in the effort.
>>28601328Yeah it does. One previous owner. Hes celebrating his 72nd birthday this year.
>>28602014Where do you park it at night? I don't trust Walmart lots.
>>28602945Usually behind the gay brothels he works at. The bouncer keeps watch for him.
its bongo time
>>28604810I wish i lived in a temperate enough climate, for a pop-up to make any sense.
>>28602072I'll have to see if they have a factory tour video, I remember seeing Scamps and Escapes built without that kind of wood bracing inside. I'm too big for a scamp or I'd think about one of those instead.
>>28600613I had the chance to buy a salvage title revel sprinter in 2018. It had a bent axle for 40k. Had to pay my parents bills instead. But really wish I had since I went homeless trying to pay off my parents debt While also paying my pregnant sisters rent. Shit was not fun and I was considering suicide for about 8 months. I was making 65k a year at that time too.
>>28605342>While also paying my pregnant sisters rent. Why the fuck would you do this? Did she bang a nigger that dipped on her or something? Helping your parents is one thing, but helping deadbeat siblings will always, always burn you.
>>28602945Wal-mart is fine if you're not in the ghetto. If there's truckers there, you'll probably be fine. Otherwise, local grocery chains are a good option. You can get away with overnighting behind some closed businesses if you're smart about it.When I'm settled down in a particular place I'll just go find an RV park that has decent monthly rates. Some of them have been getting absurdly expensive, especially in the US (Think $1K to $2K per month). In Canada, monthly RV lots are still cheap and readily available, especially in the prairies. Saskatchewan is always a safe bet. This summer I got some lots for $600-700 USD/mo.

(public forrest)You can camp anywhere you want innawood for free, aslong as you move camp every 2 weeks or so (duration can vary by province)
