Was it a bad idea to put a milk crate on the back of my TW200? I just thought it probably makes it look third world as fuck being a small displacement dual sport with that. Third worlders use bikes for utility rather than fun and I wanted to use mine for utility, it felt comfy being able to have a vehicle I can drive on almost any terrain and last days on a single tank and also store stuff on with the crate, but now I have second thoughts.

I'm in Australia so was lucky enough to be able to go into a dealer and try a few for sizing, still leave the bottom button undone otherwise I find it tends to bunch a bit. Can't fault it otherwise and like you said doesn't feel or look bulky while still having the pads in there.

Have bike prices gone nuts recently or something? I haven't really looked for a while but at least in my area I started looking around at listings and people are asking crazy prices for even ancient shit. Like I saw several Ninja 250s from different people listed at 3k-4k and early-mid 00s 600cc bikes for 5k+.
