>tfw you love your car
I love my Kia Sportage but I wish it had chunkier tires, a locking rear diff, and a torquier engine.
It's one of the best feelings really.
Wish i could drive mine more often. I dont have any friends who invite me to places.
I sure do.
>>28609955um hi do you wanna hang out? I like exploring....
My face when I realize I am going to look at my car several times while walking away after parking it. Its just so pretty.
>>28611052I do the same lol
>didn't get the turbo>feeling of cylinder deactivation constantlyDon't be like me brosIt's like early 2010s Ford transmission jank presented a feature
>>28611052Kek, I do that too. I used to park it outside the office window so I could look up from my desk and see it.
Every so often I just have to stand in front of the house and look at my cars and say "holy shit, these things are mine!"
>>28611052i know that feel. feels fanfuckingtastic
>>28608803My car is newly debuted, newly bought (my first), and the first of its kind. How do you guys resist the temptation wanting to get the manufacturer's next awesome car? I like my car, but that unannounced car might be even cooler if it doesn't end up sucking.
My crapbox is all beaten down and kind of ugly but I can't but smile every time I look at it because I bought it all with my money, blood, cum and sweat.I like to give it some pats on the hood sometimes too
>>28611149>cumWho did you cornhole to buy it anon
>>28611152I uuuuh
>>28608803>Tfw you scratch it
>>28611163my car is in a purgatory state between shitbox and nice car so im not too bothered by whatever battle scars it gains over the years
Don't love a car too much bros, it hurts bad when something out of your control happens to it. t. 240sx smashed by a tornado.
>>28608803>>28608845Same. I love my Impreza but I wish it was the WRX edition with a manual transmission and all-terrain tires. I also wish I lived in a house with a private garage so I could work on her but I live an apartment downtwon. But at least it's huge apartment.
>>28611505Why would you even buy an automatic base model Impreza?
I pet my dashboard sometimes while driving down the road
>tfw I love my car but traffic has become so bad so constantly that I don't enjoy driving anymore unless I first drive about two hours to get to a place with good roads that isn't always crowded
I hate my car. I had to sell my beloved car for lawyer and court fees. Now I drive a soulless nu-car.
>>28611505Ngl my pos 06 5mt impreza had more sovl than my 21 6mt wrx. I still love my wrx, but I haven't really bonded with it too much. Probably cuz I haven't had to fix anything yet and I did a lot of work on the impreza
>>28611566>tfw I love my car but traffic has become so bad so constantly that I don't enjoy driving anymoreAnd this is why i walk and public transport instead of commuting to work by car It's not about the gas money, it's about not associating my car with being stuck in traffic and getting bored of it. Currently just driving it on weekends for random errands and hanging out makes it feel special every time.
Driving is so fun. Even when there is an odd situation i look at it as a puzzle to be solved. I like it when friend compliment me for driving like a limo chauffeur.
>>28608803I’m happy for you anon. I hate my car so much it makes me sick to spend every moment in that italian shitbox
>>28611666>And this is why i walk and public transport instead of commuting to work by carGood for you. I don't live in the city and don't want to. Since 2005 when I got my license the sprawl has slowly turned every quiet backroad past farms and empty land I used to enjoy driving into a busy street through the suburbs. Since 2019 my commute to my business in the industrial areas on the outskirts has gone from about 30min to 45min to an hour depending on when I leave. I used to see maybe a two dozen cars on my drive now I'm stuck in traffic for half of it. My only choices are to sell my business and family land and leave or eventually be surrounded by suburbs and stuck in perpetual gridlock. My family owned this property before me and we've had it for almost 70 years. Used to be rural, now right on the edge of suburban. The city expanded and developers bought up the land between me and the city and made it more urban areas and zero lot line suburbs on the edge of that. Developers will buy the farm between me and the nearest development and turn it into a subdivision in the next 2-3 years then it will be right on the edge of my land. By the time my kids can drive we'll be basically an island in the middle of subdivisions with zero lot line houses, almost none of them have a lot size over 1/4 acre.
>don't have to be a bus rider>short commute>get to drive like I stole it for short stints>0 times pulled over love car desu
>>28611052It's been over a decade since I've committed the sin of not looking back at my car when I'm waking away from it. That tells me I'm doing at least one thing right with my life.
>>28611907Sounds like you bought the wrong car
>>28611940???Did you read my post wrong? The point I'm trying to make is the last 3 cars I bought were good choices.
I love my Honder. Honder Jazz.
>>28611962I did read that wrong
>>28611721>log all your tripsGrim.
>self tuned my car so I need to data log it every time I drive it to make sure I'm not going to blow it up
>>28612143kek
I love my car. Today I made a list of all the mods and upgrades I'm going to install within a year (oem infotainment system with apple carplay, some basic performance mods, better parking sensors) and realized that I will be keeping it much longer than I expected. There's literally nothing a brand new car could offer that I won't have in my 2018 model.
>>28611163Driving a car with a fuckhuge scratch in the side is the most liberating thing a man can doit's the only way you can reach your true potential
>>28611505I have all terrain tires but they are the "road biased" kind and they are just not quite enough for rougher roads and I want to upgrade them. But I have no idea what I should get - I want a year-round tire that can handle snow and rough gravel roads my tires are 235/65 R17I also wish it had paddle shifters because its an auto but the transmission doesn't understand when I am on hills or winding roads and keeps it in too high a gear for fuel economy so you have to shift it yourself >But at least it's huge apartment.wow thats fancy can I come live with you
>>28611699Sell it to developers and use your tens of millions to move somewhere else. You're lucky.
>>28612838>year-round tireNo such thingIt won't handle snow as good as a dedicated winter tire, and on ice you're going to suffer. If you're okay with that, just buy all-terrains in a car size.
>>28612936I don't think I can afford separate winter and summer tires though.
>>28608803Same. My truck isn't fast nor is it flashy. However cruising mountain roads rowing my own gears looking for a place to camp is max comfy. Just having a stick just makes it so much more entertaining to drive. Just sleep in the bed because why not.
I love my Doblo! But it's getting old...
>>28611149That cat sure does love strawberries.
>>28612898Some things have value beyond money, kid. Some people don't want to sell the family farm beecause they love it.
>>28613067It's important to know when to let go, anon still has time to save his children from a life of suburban hell
I love my car so much it's unrealhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d-k96zKa_4w
>>28608803It's a great feeling.
My Kia Niro PHEV is great. Extremely comfy to drive and really cheap to own.
>tfw I love my car but I know the road salt will eventually claim her no matter what I do
>>28615988Come to California Anon, our cars live forever
>>28616027But I can't have this there
>>28616038No one's trying to kill you, Anon... Also if you're in a situation where you need to whip that absurd looking rifle out and shoot it at like a nigger or something, the legal system will get your ass even in your state.
>>28616043the real animals are the animals
>>28616062I gotchu, but I don't know if you can take on the cops and various other clown world agencies
>>28616043I just think they're cool and fun :)
>>28616064dezi freeman in australia is doing that right now>victoria police modus operandi is to harass their victims for years on end until they snap and do something that gets them arrested/punished>they do it to a guy that at best, absolutely detests the government and police in general>10 cops show up one day to make him surrender his firearms loicense>nobody really knows what happens when they go on his property other than in the end, dezi used multiple homemade pipe shotguns; two cops are dead, a third wounded, the seven remaining cops run away>cops with guns outnumbering the suspect 7:1 fucking run away>dezi fucks off into the wilderness, he's a prepper type of guy>16 days and 450 police + the army still can't find him>dezi is probably chilling in some abandoned mine shaft with supplies, or in a completely different state>or he's probably dead and all that taxpayer money is being used to chase a ghost>reward of $1,000,000 for any information leading to his discovery (like they'll ever actually pay lol)>ned kelly's bounty, adjusting for inflation, was $1,300,000and some lulz>some guy on pol makes a poster of dezi, media and cops have a meltdown
>>28616099You can't mess with the dezi
>>28616043>needYou don't need a car but you still have one. See how stupid "need to" sounds now? Little boy.
>>28616291Anon, have you seen the way American cities are built? I'm not even anti-car but the fucking streets are built for cars, there used to be streetcars rolling around and they literally paved over it so that if you don't have a car you're basically fucked, god damn gunfags literally acting like you need a .223 larpy meme rifle that they're not even gonna use cause they're a pussy, in order to live life.
>>28615988>>28616027I saw something about how California is where the most 80s/90s Buicks and Cadillacs survive because of the old original owners and the total lack of salt on the roads. I've even seen some of those 80s era Ford Taurus that seem to have vanished nationwide.
