How fucked am I? I assume welding is the only solution, but can I drive it meanwhile?

The holes on the top look pretty fucking gnarly, but it otherwise looks fairly solid, wonder how it only rusted through in a couple of spots and not all the way.
Also how the fuck is your shock mounted, is it even in there properly?
