Your old car is an ugly slow gay pile of rusty shit.
>>
and my new
Bltimate
Mriving
Wachine
mogs you
>>
Yes.
>>
Still faster than a bicycle or bus though.
>>
Yeah but I don't pretend it's better than it is like a "don't make 'em like they used to" faggit
>>

>a "don't make 'em like they used to" faggit
They literally don't, though. Your car is plastic and will literally melt in the sun. What little metal is left is prone to rust bubbles.
>>
No wifi, no cell card tracking me and snitching to my insurance and the feds, no touch screen in the dash, no rusty electronics that need to be replaced every 4 years

I'll take it baby.

My DD is a 1997 celica, my wife's DD is a 2021 rav4. Guess which one has a catastrophic breakdown every 6 months?

Plus it's a stick so I never have to worry about her wanting to borrow it
>>
I have never, and will never be tricked by a man in a dress into thinking he is female because of hormones he has taken and/or surgeries he has had.

lmao
i enjoy older cars as well but that is just silly, anon.
>>
>>28639413
yes, and it will outlive any new car you get
>>
>>28639413
Hey, my car looks cool and is not rusty.
>>
>>28639448
ok scotty
somehow every new car catastrophically falls apart day one and every rust bucket is a mythically bulletproof wonder machine. except those old cars are disappearing while new cars have longer and better warranties without bankrupting leading manufacturers. you claim you dont want to be tracked or connected to the internet but you surely carry a phone in your pocket every hour of every day
>>
>>28639455
Laughably wrong.
>>
>>28639467
What if your house was made of pudding?
That would suck, I would hate that!
>>
>>28639413
It's not ugly, it's red.
>>
The brownification of the internet and society is perfectly illustrated in this thread, it's beautiful. Like 2 people even understood what OP's post is saying when paired with the survivorship bias pictures, the rest are literal 80 IQ mongoloids. Just fucking kek, this is why I don't even bother arguing with people on here anymore. You have to do what the Greeks did and tell your opponent to state your argument back to you BEFORE they attempted to counter it, to make sure they even understood what you were saying. Except nobody here will do that because they're fucking retarded.
>>
>>28639498
this is why nobody sits next to you on the bus
>>
>>28639413
Hey, it's not rusty.

nigga your Korean front wheel drive plastic bitch mobile can barely reach 200HP tf you mean. You got Gen Z with faster cars than you and they drive those 90s machines too
>>28639498
The brownification of the internet
those same ones who make bank on the internet while you still live at home with your mom? I'll post your girl on my dick and go viral bitchboy
>>
>>28639413
>old didn't kill it
>ugly didn't kill it
>slow didn't kill it
>gay didn't kill it
>even rust didn't kill it
i'll continue driving it because the important parts like "practical" and "reliable" are intact
>>
I get the feeling people misuse this image all the time
>>
>>28639413
You got the thumbnail from the survivor bias video
>>

>No wifi, no cell card tracking me
Dont forget to never drive anywhere in public, or visible from the sky.
Don't ever drive past any commercial or residential premises.
Never carry a phone, let anyone else in your car with a phone, or drive past a phone.
Don't turn on the radio, in fact, better take it out and smash it, before burning it, and throwing the remains in a river.
Other than that, as long as you only ever drive in a lead-lined, network of underground tunnels, you might be okay, but you are posting on a well known honey pot, so I doubt it.
>>
>>28639598
Just incredibly gay instead.

>>
>>28639835
>Surveil me harder daddy gov't!
There's a difference between someone seeing you in public and software reporting to your insurance that you're an unsafe driver because the camera in your new car detected you were tired after work one day and sent the info to your insurance company so they can increase your rates - with no recourse on your end because it just sends a score and doesn't save the camera feed.
>>
>>28639910
That is a plastic computer appliance on wheels, anon. An enthusiast can't even call that a car.
>>
>>28639913
lmao at all that schizo bullshit
literally doesnt happen
>>
>>28639825
Not in this case. Most of those "reliable" old cars are dead in a scrap heap and the handful still on the road are limping along waiting to die. Prime survivorship bias.
>>
>>28639616
delusional nonsense
>>
>>28639413
Slow, maybe. Rest, nah
>>
>>28640011
New cars definitely monitor your acceleration, G forces, braking pressure etc and report back to the manufacturer...who then sells the information to insurance companies without your knowledge. GM were caught doing as much. Don't like your rates going up for no reason? Go somewhere else, they charge you the same, they all have the same intel on you.
>>
>>28640011
Driver monitoring systems are mandatory in the US soon and manufacturers are going with driver facing "AI" cameras that report on you for things like being tired. They've been rolling out over the last couple of years.
Not even that but most cars with a SIM card are already analyzing your telemetry and reporting to insurance. Some even scrape your synced phone and sell info to data brokers to do targeted advertising.
>>
>>28639413
You're goddamn right
>>
>>28640007
so called "enthusiasts" must be pretty dumb if they can't even identify that as a car
>>
>>28639910
It’s not a Prius so you’re killing the earth. Aren’t you concerned with you’re carbon footprint? Any shouldn’t you live in a small apartment? And eat the bugs? You’re entire life is wrong!

>I dig the color (yellow)
>>
>>28639413
jews love posting this image.
>>
>>28639913
You sound like an unsafe driver.
You should pay more insurance.
>>
>>28640092
What the fuck happened? Why do we allow this bullshit?
>>
>>28640092
You don't even need a new car to have your driving habits logged in a database and sold to anyone willing to pay.
>>28640988
Corps realized how quickly they could outpace legislation so they just set all this shit up and do their best to annihilate any alternative before opposition can spring up.

People who buy new cars for no reason are exactly the same as people who buy a new iphone every year and then cry about not being able to afford their bills. Funko-pop consumerism negro mentality. Pure insecurity because you weren't raised to have self worth.

The lion doesn't care about the opinions of Hyundai drivers
