love me a 1997-2003 pontiac grand prix. was my dream car as a kid. old lady next door had a 1999 4 door in purple that she rarely drove, i was completely obsessed with it

i own a GTO now which has similar design aesthetics but rwd and V8

British and American full size cars, for me. I am also really into regular, pedestrian cars that came with interesting or unsuitable engine options and experimental tech. Like the SLK55, the R63, V10 and W12 VWs, the South African market stuff with V8s squeezed in, 4x4 Pandas, Citroens in general with their suspension designs, Periscope Countach, Toyota Megacruiser etc etc

I’m also fond of well kept old cars that aren’t “classics”. Like if I see a mint 70s/80s/early 90s saloon car but is otherwise unexceptional I always admire it

HYB! I still have my 2001. Just bought another with 39k miles on it. Those purple ones were a one year only color. I can't find them anymore. Even the special editions are more common.
