Treated myself to a nice meat ride today, bros. It had been so long and honestly felt good.
>>28645223Gaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyy
>>28645223Can't beat the meat unless you beat the meat. Based and proteinpilled.
>>28645223What car and engine temp did you use? It's hard to get a proper sear when my car enters limp mode 100 degrees before a good pan frying temp.
>>28645257you use the exhaust manifold, dummy
Hell yeah
>>28645259You mean I've been meat riding incorrectly the whole time?
I haven't gone meat riding in a couple weeks. Got salmon oil all over me fangas and almost caused a huge accident.I might ease back into the game with some cheap sliced bologna packs.
>>28645279I love smoking some good meat on the road. Stay safe out there.
>>28645223Damn I gotta start eating my sirloin in the whip
>>28645279>Orange "organic" fish farmingHmm such based, much organic, very impress
>>28645223I treated your mom to a meat ride if you catch my drift.

>>28646512Foil prob has lead in it, shouldn't apply direct heat to it
>>28646529Post social security check
>>28646574Cooking things wrapped in foil on 500°F grills is normal, there isn't lead in aluminum foil. Looks like you've never cooked before.
>>28645223>Treated myself to a nice meat ride todayI take it you ride meat frequently OP.
>>28645223based meat rider
>>28646574>aluminum foil>leadwhat
>>28646286>>28646499I just googled "smoked salmon" and picked an image. But whatever, get mad about whatever it is you get mad about.Anyway, has anyone rigged up a george foreman type grill in their car? That could really up my meat riding game.
>>28647217no but you can get a muffpot for your vehicle, 50 bucks on amazon. screw clamp onto your exhaust manifold or pipes.
>>28647237Ohhh shit. This is a new frontier of culinary art. I'll make bank posting recipes online.I really like Schnecken (snails / escargot), snails cooked off of a snail (turbo, for the fools out there) would be the bee's knees.I actually really like eating snails. Most underrated meat.
>>28647247there's a book on engine cooking - manifold destiny. i've got it, it's a pretty great book. but it's still a very under-studied niche of the culinary world so there is always more to discover
>>28647250Hey man, I grew up in Germany near the French border, hence why I referred to them as Schnecken. It's not just a French thing.t. your alabama friend

I sometimes see disrespect in these threads for people who eat meat cooked outside of the car. I've got mixed feelings - is eating pre-cooked for posers or real enjoyers?MEAT RIDEEVERY DAY
Anyone cooked in a Subaru? Or does the layout not work so great?
>>28647217>MadLolWho's mad?You mad?Lmao
>>28647375>Anyone cooked in a Subaru? In my non-turbo it's difficult since all the heat is low in the bay. I burn myself at least 1/3 times cooking with it. Turbos are decent for some use cases (think corn on the cobb, not flank steak) usually at the top rear of the engine bay on those so there's a handy hot spot, you won't even have to crawl under the car! Now that's what I call luxury!
>>28646574the problem with aluminum foil is that it is aluminum, not lead
>>28647394>corn on the cobbKek
