Creaks and squeaks can unironically be fixed by spraying WD-40 in the seams. Did my Z3 which squeaked from every seam, the one squeak in my Grand Prix right by my left ear, and an old Volvo semi which was an absolute cacophony of squeaks and rattles.
Rattles are fixed by tightening up the looseness. Shoving in cardboard to give it support works.

I just stick used panties in the creaking crevices

I’ve had success just using pipe insulation for rattles.
