You might be able to polish that down to where it's even. It looks bad but I'm thinking the lighting makes it look worse than it is.

Pretty bad but those are just swirl marks. It should polish out. Get a Harbor Freight dual action orbital, a medium pad, a finishing pad, and your choice of swirl removal polish compound.
