It doesn't need to be real-time bidding, proxy bidding with a slight delay is fine. I've used autoaccessjapan.com and other sites in the past when buying JDM cars, but their process is manual, has $50 or so inspections, etc. Which is great if you're buying older cars and it's your first time, but not as useful if you're buying newer stuff and have done all this before. Problem is, all the Japan-language sites want me to visit for an on-site consultation and let them bid for me (adds fees to the process, wastes time) and the English language sites are all run by jeets. I found a Turk run site and put down a deposit but their website is shit and basically doesn't work. Reasoning: If I just look at stuff days in advance and work with a typical site then I either have to leave things up to them on the day of, or I miss out on 80% of the cars that get listed day of. For example, one car type I was looking at only had 1 example for my criteria listed, but the morning of 3 others got listed. If I had to wait on a human to answer emails, go out to the site, etc. I wouldn't have been able to bid on them in time.

>>28659876How do you know that?I see ads occasionally, they have unbelievably low mileage, but do look very clean.
>>28659882it's bullshit unless he's talking about 90's cars. Even then, you can buy a carfax type report and uncover any fraud in advance.
