ND2 (2019-24) has a stronger engine and transmission, and 1 or 2 nice qol upgrades. ND3 (post 2024) isn't too different from the ND2, but has a bit more electronics in it which I find unappealing. Also all ND2 GT trims have the club options (Bilsteins, LSD, strut braces) as well as a more insulated top and option for Brembos. No Recaro seats in the GT though
