Is the Volvo 960 a good car? Would it be a bad idea to daily drive one?
Euroniggers do weird shit with their engines....It will have weird fasteners like torx and shit, I'm pretty sure it's got a weird cam cover which is also the top half of the cam journals, it's got a weird crank pulley...Volvo engines are too weird for me.
>>28662691slow as fuck, shitty mpg (my bro has one and no matter what he can't get above 18mpg), brown interior plastics crack from simple windblowengines and gearboxes reliable thou
>headlight wipers what the fuck was the point of these again
>>28662703to wipe your headlights
>>28662691Avoid. Shitty suspension, problematic v6. If you want a comfy rwd volvo, go for the 940/740, whichever you can find.
>>28662740>problematic v6>v6
>>28662696>weird fasteners like torx and shitOh, the horror! For fuck's sake.
>>28662747Oh, okay, it's the inline six? Anyway, they are known for being shit. Stick the the good old redblock, yeah.
>>28662759I had a high miles 850r and it was fine. Too bad the six didn't get a turbo
>>28662759Yes tell us all about the engine which you don't even know if it's i6 or V6 I'm sure you're a real expert on it
>>28662757My engine works just fine with all hex head bolts, I don't understand why Euroniggers think it's good idea to build and engine with 4 different patterns of fastener
>>28662837I trust him more than you
>>28662691I had a similar ‘85 volvo. It was a good car. Shit out after 300k miles.
>>28662740>>28662759my buddy has i6 and had zero problems with enginegtfo you retard
I don’t think I’d daily a European car that old, but if you have a backup car it’s probably fine.
>>28662699OP here. Would a 940 turbo be any better?
I guess the guy meant the PRV V6 that was apparently used in 91 and 92 models.
