I want a smart car too, but because as far as I'm concerned, it's a road-legal go-kart. It's a toy car and as far as toys go, its very fun.

Also I would also appreciate not having to do three point turns. The smart car is slow but it never has to stop in tight maneuvers, and that makes it fast.

Not in the second gen one pictured in the OP. That was only in the third gen which was only sold in the US for 2 years (with an ICE engine, before going EV only) and I'm sure the take rate on manuals there was even rarer. Autotempest found exactly one for sale nationwide, just now.
