Shits suppose to look like this
>>
>>28688118
Just replace the whole assembly.
>>
>>28688264
I would. But I can't find one that fits a 4X4. Notice those splines. None of them have those.
>>
>>28688118
Just sell your tools if you can't figure that out.

Did someone just press in a different bearing to make it fit or something?

it says the abs ring rotates when it shouldnt, so this whole thing is trash to begin with, why bother removing the lock nut? you need a whole new unit if the abs ring is moving when it shouldnt.

did the locking ring back off therefore allowing the abs ring to freely rotate? is that why the lock ring looks worn? did the wear delete the notches or holes on the ring to the point its smooth?

if you need to get it off anyway, use a air hammer with a chisel attachment to dig into and rotate the ring off. use heat if needed. job, done.

I was thinking of putting some weldes to beat on. But I'm gonna try repco tomorrow or a Toyota dealer on Monday.
>locking ring back off
Maybe. But not enough.
>>
>>28688118
The bearing is removed from the other side sweetie.
>>

>ABS ring (rotates(shouldn't))
Nigger, how do you think ABS works? Of course the ring is supposed to rotate, otherwise how would the system determine wheel speed?
>>
>>28688787
It rotates separately from the rest of the assembly.
>>
>>28688118
Just replace the assembly then instead of fucking around trying to reuse scrap metal.
>>
>>28688118
4 bolts hold hub, axle into hub, nut on axle, cap, wheel, lug nuts.

Seems pretty basic to me.
>>
>>28689299
I will if I can find one.
>>
>>28688536
>it says the abs ring rotates when it shouldnt
That is how it supposed to work. how would it determine wheel speed if it didnt rotate

>>28689283
replace the bearing and then see if it is still fucked, the only way those things wear out is like on GM cars where they use a rubber ring embedded with magnets which will disintegrate over time

>>28688285
>Notice those splines
The splines are part of the wheel hub, not the bearing. press out the hub, press out the bearing, do the reverse.

>>28688118
nigger just press that shit out. you do have a 20 ton press right? if not just take that hub assembly to a shop and have them do it.
>>
>>28690215
>just press it out
There's a lock nut preventing that, a lock nut that can not be removed without welding or drilling a surface to hit with a punch
>the abs ring is supposed to spin
Not independently from the hub (which has the wheel and rotor bolted to it), it's not.
>>
>>28691240
>waah I can't remove this thing
>this is how you remove it but I'm a sissy cuck that can't do that!
Bruh literally just sell your fucking tools already, you are clearly too incompetent for them.
>>
>>28688118
grind a gouge in it and hammer and chisel it off faggot
