I’m thinking of buying a Hellcat but worried about it getting stolen. Is there any good kill switches for these?
just take the ASD relay out of the fusebox in the front and the car will never be able to start
Move to Tucker County, West Virginia (100% white/non-Latino)
Don't forget to use your VA loan
>>28690741>unclip OBD2 port and shove into the dash >put fake OBD2 port in place >pull fuel pump fuse when parking>faraday pouch for keyfob congratulations you've effectively made your vehicle unstealable for the average criminal. If you feel you need more just pay some installer a few grand for an IGLA or equivalent. Won't stop the window from being smashed and interior being ripped apart trying to find why it won't start. Also won't stop really determined criminals from just towing it away to a chopshop.
>>28690746>West Virginia>whiteEveryone south and west of New Jersey is some sort of brown. They're all NPCs.
>>28690741Heavy turd
>>28690741You're not going to want to hear this, no one does, but I'm in the same boat. I really want a hellcat charger but there's so many negative attributes. But I'm leaning more and more towards a Plaid every day. Same big comfy full size daily driver sedan but waaay faster and can't be stolen. Well, can, technically, but significantly harder and less common
>>28690741>Is there any good kill switches for these?yuh nigga Glock wit da switch keep that thang on you
Do these things not have transponder interlocks? I just posted in sqtddtot asking why people still use steering wheel clubs. I thought you basically can't steal a 2018 car unless the dipshit owner leaves the key inside.
>>28690741There’s several good kill switches. Buy one, get excellent insurance, and don’t even worry about theft. Don’t do retarded shit like 1am gas station runs though. You’ll be fine.t. ScatChad
>>28690741I know a few people that have had good luck with the Ghost power kill switches. I’m not sure how difficult they are to defeat, but I know they have a couple switches hidden in the car to turn on otherwise the car is dead. Don’t trust the Sirius uConnect guardian to do anything other than alert you to your glass being broken or your alarm going off because chances are they’re going to program a key so the car won’t register as being stolen. They’ll then unplug your radio or whatever the fuck they do so the Sirius folks can’t track the car. I speak from experience as that’s what happened to my ScatPack. I have a Hellcat now and I barely take it out for fear of something happening which really sucks because it’s a fun car to drive.
