>2007 chrysler sebring's oil pressure indicator turns on and off while the car's in drive
does this mean the sensor's fucked up?
it's supposed to stay on if something's wrong but i imagine if it only flashes while in drive something's wiggling when it's not supposed to
i've been ignoring it for years so I assume it's all fine right?

No, it's just a spring and a plate, if you have low oil pressure that is just on the brink of the spring pressure, then it will flash intermittently.
Usually when the oil pressure switch fucks up, it either doesn't turn on at all or stays constantly on

I would assume that means you're intermittently losing oil pressure.
I had a car that would lose oil pressure if you went too fast through turns because it would all slosh to one side.

yeah

It could be leaking from the sensor. I had that and the light would come on intermittently.
