Price and mileage sound suspiciously low, but get your ass over there, check it out get ready to cut a check.

I have a one owner 1994 F150 that had 116k when I bought it last year. If Florida truck, pretty believable. I've only put 73k miles over 11 years on my Focus. OP could have let found some Navy dude that never came home and put miles on it.

Sounds like a little too much for a half ton to me. $13k will get you into a very nice 3/4 ton GMT800 which usually sell for a lot more than the 1500's. For $13k that thing better be immaculate with zero rust and bone stock, also never towed with. Keep in mind a 20 year old truck with low miles is still a 20 year old truck. It's not just mileage that wears things out. Although with 73k miles and no rust you could still get another 20 years out of it with minimal parts. Its a tough call.
