How frequently are you digging on how much land that it would make sense to own one of these instead of renting one? A guy down the way from me with the smallest lot in the neighborhood bought a cat 2 tractor with a loader for his lot that's maybe 1/4 acre and I've never seen him use it except to move his boat. When we were house shopping years ago some boom daddy had a skid steer on his like 2 acre mostly clear property. Why would you own these unless you have a business
