>2.7 Twin Turbo V6>6 Speed Manual>50 MPG on the highway>Can lap the ring faster than a Ferrari Testarossa V12
Too many doors.
Too many headlights.
It's a Jaguar.
Why did the British stop developing the television and leave it to the Americans? They couldn't find a way to make it leak oil.
>>28700290I'm poor, or as you people would say I'm a "poorfag"
>>28700290>2.7 Twin Turbo V6Is that the same engine from Audi?
>>28700316Because their televisions couldn't possibly hold that many commercials.
>>28700290none of this ever happened
>>28700290Bullshit, the Kia amanti never came with a manual
>>28700328>Is that the same engine from Audi?Nope
>>28700290>Can lap the ring faster than a Ferrari Testarossa V12with or without the same tire?
>>28701721>with or without the same tire?Tyre sizes are completely different on each car 1984 Testarossa lap time - 09:17:01 https://fastestlaps.com/tests/t3r4lo2r09ce2004 S-Type 2.7 lap time - 09:12:00https://fastestlaps.com/tests/8dfk073blulsNo mention of tyres for each, but I'm guessing they were both running on factory tyres
>>28700290>50mpg Doubt itBut yeah cool specs, didn't even knew those cars had manual and v6? A jag?
>>28700290>V6Yeah I don't need an excuse to not own a jaguar with a fucking V6. If I wanted a Jaguar, I can afford the V8 cars.>>28701755His point isn't the sizes, dumbass, it's that comparing lap times of old cars to newer cars is of little value because the progress tires have made erases your ability to compare car vs car, especially with an example like yours. 5 seconds on 9 minute lap... For example if you put a new GT-R on factory tires from 1984 it would probably be a minute or more slower, forget seconds.
>>28701887>Doubt itOK, you got me. It's 49.7 MPG, close enough to 50 MPG
>>28701895You got me too A fucking dieselBut still impressive what tire size are using? My w202 605 can manage 47mpg using 225 17 tyres
>>28700290It's British.
>>28701903>But still impressive what tire size are using?245/40/R18 all round for the 2.7
>>28700290Don't sleep on the X typeMight be transverse but its AWD (and rwd bias iirc)
>>28701485 can't tell the difference either way with all that plastic anyhow
>>28702004JFL
>>28701998Not the same car, but still based
>>28701895>British gallonsUsing those my old V8 gets almost 40mpg highway.
>>28700290Wasn't sold in the USA
>>28700290Boring, baby engine. I dont live in china, i dont need a lawn mower engine.
Isn't that the ford-psa engine that spins bearings and snaps cranks all the time? They used these in landrovers and I think some french cars.
