There used to another guy at work that had a Challenger Hellcat that he eventually traded in for widebody Charger Hellcat Redeye right before he left the company, he was a middle aged white guy. I certainly get the stereotype because I see that a lot. It’s not my daily but whenever I take it out I always get guys trying to race and weaving in and out of traffic to catch up to me which is annoying. >>28700836I considered a C8 before I got the Hellcat, but the fact that my 700 horsepower couch is roomy and extremely practical when doing normal life stuff makes it infinitely more useful than a Vette. I can throw my road bike in the car with room to spare, go to ikea and fit those flat pack boxes no sweat, fill the trunk with groceries or take the family out if my other car is in the shop. Fwiw I have walked a C8 on the highway before so there’s that, obviously I’d lose terribly from a dig but I don’t really race on the street so it doesn’t bother me.
