I always feel the need to check if my new car is able to obtain declared max speed. Once I do so, I never exceed 130kmph again. Higher speed is just annoying, it's significantly louder, less efficient and you aren't even much faster overall due to traffic.

I went 147 on a bike and 120 in an accord a long time ago.But now a days I only go 1-9mph over the limit so I stay in the 2 point range which is the threshold where cops probably won't bother to pull you over, if you do get pulled over it's probably just a warning, and it doesn't fuck you up too bad if you get stuck with a ticket (not that I have any points on my licence)
