I do! You expect me to put that much stress on a sedan? Why?

if it comes with a trailer hitch, then it's ready to tow
>>
>>28745897
Not really, trucks are generally made for it with very strong frames, big brakes, and coolers everywhere on everything to keep shit from cooking on grades.
>>
>>28745926
if it fitses then it hitches
>>

Bring back 21 foor long land barges with ladder frames and big blocks and ill trade in my truck.

Makes me imagine the trailer able to go over the main vehicle to morph into a different combine vehicle, a bit like the bike integrated into the larger vehicle in a few Batman series.

All I remember about this one was that it detached and just became "a car". Maybe it did more.
>>
>>28745991
How have i never heard of this? Was this created strictly for gammas and epsilons to encourage them to go into trucking?
>>
>>28746014
It was REALLY bad and was cancelled after 9 episodes (+ pilot movie).
It tried to be Knight Rider + Mad Max + Miami Vice.
The plot(s) were all over the place- theres even an episode where they travel back in time to WWII (I remember they got pulled over and a cop asked why their tires had japanese writing and the driver replied "because theyre japanese tires").
>>
>>28745872
>tows with a normal car
>"why is my heckin clutch burning out all the time?"
a retarded tale as old as time.
>>
>>28746077
Thats not how it worked back then.
The Cadillac in OP had a 472 c.i. (7.7L) big block and drivetrain to match.
They didn't try to shave pennies "because its a car", they gave it the co.ponents it required. Trucks and cars frequently used the same components.

I have a sedan that was famous for rich people in my country towing horse floats in comfort because it's extremely comfy long wheelbase and has a 351c and FMX
>>
>>28746120
Horse floats?
>>
>>28746121
For transporting horses.
You DO own horses, right?
>>
>>28746122
You mean horse trailer?
>>
>>28746117
Yes. Natural selection took the weak and stupid back then, that's why boomers are the strongest generation, and boomers' kids have so many retards among them- between the two generations everything became too safe, so the chain got broken.
>>
>>28745872
there are no body-on-frame cars anymore, retarded OP
>>

yeah and now people bitch about jow bad drivers have become. you can say the internet has made us more aware but this is countered by the fact that the introduction of new safety nannies marginally impacts the fatality rate before it peters out again
>>
>>28745872

Yes, obviously, or 70s. Life is too short to be driving a stiff modern car. Go comfy and with road presence.

out of 10 truckolds, only 1 actually ever tows anything. out of 10 truckolds that actually ever tow anything, only 1 tows anything that big. I fail to see your point.

So I'm a 1%er that according to you is allowed to have a truck then?
>>
>>28746476
Do it dude, caddys are baller for this reason.
>>28746668
They're beautiful and awesome cars but the sad reality is there's just no parts for the gal anymore assuming you found one that isn't a rust bucket that doesn't cost your first born Son.

It's tragic that people let these rolling architectural works of art go to rot. I suggest a 94-96 fleetwood because it's an impala ss in a triple black high class suit
>>
>>28747118
If you can find one thats worn out but complete and hasnt been eaten by rust theres still hope.
Finding missing components might be a lost cause though.
But hell, people do Mustang II suspension swaps on C1500s so it depends on your level of devotion.

I like how "real trailers" start at comically large retarded shit 99% wont ever tow, meanwhile everything you "need" a truck for can be easily towed with regular cars
>>
>>28747269
I'm not sure if I'm with you or against you but That van is a 3/4 ton (heavy duty, not regular version of the van) and it still sagging
