I've had a lot of cars over the years, and I have to say, in the city, the most fun I had was with a 1987 Toyota Tercel
There's something special about a car you have to flog just to keep up with traffic
Whatever you do, don't buy new, get used, get it detailed right away, and assume the tires are way worse than they look so budget around that
