Is this real or fake alpina?
>>28746759I have no idea
>>28746759Alpina decal is in the wrong place other than that who knows.
Somebody could track down the badges, wheels and spoiler and stick them on his BMW but imho that's highly unlikelyAlpinas are more or less hand built and can be ordered in all kinds of spec, a lot of them don't have the aero kit or livery>>28746766Badges are were they should be
>>28746759Those badges are pretty rare to find, and the car isn't particularly well known or sought after beyond extreme enthusiasts. I'd say it's real just because I doubt someone would go through the trouble to fake it
It’s probably legitimate in that someone who wants to pretend they have something else is always going to be immature, so would punt for the M equivalent
>>28746759without reading responses, i say real alpinapolish people rich now they have da latinas coming to work there, remember da one on da scooter? she was ridin da scooter
>>28746759Both sets of emblems are crooked.
>>28746838To be more specific, whoever aligned them used the concave radius at the top as an alignment point instead of the bottom edge. The T has a greater distance to the bottom edge than the O.Its subtle but measurable. Its fake.
i would nevr drive a turbo car u gotta be so stupid to do that
>>28746772That badge is also wrong.Top of Alpina is supposed to line with top of turn signal on the left and on the right "Bi" is also supposed to line with top of turn signal. Had butchered B10 back in the day, ofc no alpina engine anymore but regular 2.5-12.
i ran the plate, it's real.
i wouldn't drive a fuckin turbo for shit u gotta be out of ur mind
>>28746849>>28746965Enjoy being slow as fuck then kek, wrenchlet
>>28746846>>28746851Given the condition of the paint and badges and the fact that both cars are around 35 years old, I'd guess it's more likely that they're legit Alpinas but were repainted at some point and the badges were either restored or replaced and reinstalled incorrectly afterwards.
>>28747072yeah i agree with this. a quick google image search of this car shows badges all over the place. keep in mind this is eastern europe so after a respray the badges would just get eyeballed by some guy chain smoking in a track suit whether it was a 318d or M3 CSL
>>28747087>some guy chain smoking in a track suityou make it sound like that's a bad thing...
>>28747072>>28747087More reasons to believe its a fake than legit.
