>Chinese EV with 308 mph confirmed top speed, making it the world's fastest production carWhy is no one talking about the Yangwang U9 Extreme?
You are, as you shill every board with Chinese garbage. I saw you shill on /int/, on /o/, on /k/, on /pol/ and who knows on many other boards. Get a life, you've been going at this for years and it's seriously pathetic. I hope you at least make a few cents per post.
Jeez, Chinese are terrible at naming brands. It's hard to take a brand seriously when its name translates to English slang penispenis.Like hey guys, hop in my DingDong Extreme
>>28765604Yeah, it is really bad naming. Chinese is a really diverse language, they should have much better words than 'yangwang'. It doesn't help that the Chinese are in this awkward stage with their auto industry, if they were to bring their cars here I imagine their perception wouldn't be much different than how Hyundai was perceived before 2015>>28765588I normally don't give a shit about Chinese cars at all, but was surprised to see the lack of talk about this here since it broke a pretty significant record.
>>28765561Almost double the hp of a Chiron 300+ (chink ev has 3000 vs 1600 on the chiron) to be only 4 (four) mph faster.
>>28765561Because electric cars are boring. Nobody cares.
>>28765561>>287657131. Entirely useless top speed.2. Utterly smoked by the Corvette on the hurrbring.
>>28765711>significantIs it really? Linear top speed has just become a game of horsepower + gearing + tires = fast. They've been going faster at Bonneville for decades, so I'm not going to get really excited about the Dingdong Extreme
>>28765561How about you yank my wang extreme
>>28765561>soulless electric transport pod

>>28765561>EVThere's your reason, may as well start posting about the fastest washing machine, or most efficient toaster

>>28766158>may as well start posting about the fastest washing machineThat actually sounds useful and interesting
the jesko absolut and chiron super sport 300+ are theorized to be able to go past 500 kph but they haven't attempted a test run for either because the tyres don't exist yetif you look at the run for the U9, it starts weaving left and right as it hits it top speed and i'm fairly certain that's due to the tyres, which aren't from a big brand but from a singaporean/indonesian brand called giti tirethey are apparently rated at 500kph but i can't imagine any other issue that the car could have had to prevent it from hitting 500 since the problem should have shown up by the ~450 mark if it was something other than the tyres
>>28766290>CIA op that had glowies killing unarmed soldiers as the Voice of America was blaring, “Your leaders are dead. Revolt!”The students left the square voluntarily when told what was going on,In the op to get their agents out afterward, both the CIA and MI6 admitted to smuggling weapons in.The student protests were financed by the US and Britain, too. Literal color revolution attempt to make China a puppet regime.

>>28765561I'm probably just talking out of my ass, but it feels like interest in hyper cars is at an all time low right now in general for whatever reason.Apparently the project head of the car has a background experience working for Lamborghini, Audi, and Alfa, so he had a pretty stout resume before taking on something like this.
>>28768116this is hilarious but also fucked up because the car is still of higher quality than anything america puts out
*falls apart after 10k miles*
>>28768533When a supercar was $200K and a hypercar $600k, people could still dream about them. Now that a hypercar is like $3.5M, limited to 10 units, and gets demolished around any track by a $300k supercar, it might as well not exist.
