Spray with whatever project farm uses for those rust tests. Be sure to spray the shit out of it so it'll wash off whatever corrosion inhibitor was supposed to be tested like he does too.

serious answer, the US military has a few different standardized tests called "salt fog" or "salt spray" that are supposed to simulate aggressive accelerated corrosion. MIL-STD-810H and MIL-STD-202G are the ones that came up with a quick search.

As a rust knower the Japanese brands actually hold up better. Go compare and 2010 Tundra to a 2010 F150, Ram or GM 1500. Same with a cars too. I see rotted out dog legs on 2010s Ford Taurus, Edge, GM eggshit cuckovers (don't know the names). It's always rotting out from the inside out at the dog leg as the cavity fills with water. We forgot how to build cars apparently. Even the Japanese brands built here don't have this problem.
There appears to be some sort of competency crisis going on. This shouldn't be happening.
