I have had good luck with a-bay parts. But you gotta use your noggin... If it is an internal part buried 3 layers deep then you may want to splurge on the known good parts... Shit that is easy to get to and change out? Fuck yeah throw some cheap parts at it if you so desire!

summit racing is good for performance parts
junk yards are good too, especially for a 2002 s10 depending on the part.
