Can you really call your car a real drivers car, if it doesn't have floor mounted accelerator pedals?
>>28770365i accelerate by jamming my foot down like an ape. you daintily push the tip of the pedal in with your tippie toes like a fucking ballerina. we are not the same.
>>28770365You can't feed the difference.
Who gives a fuck?
>>28770365floor mounted accelerator pedals suck.My is350 has one and they aren't as ergonomic as top mounts.Only people under 6ft tall like floor mount gas pedals.
>>28770369I feel you, mate. I drive a slow car too.
>>28770405speak for yourself, ballerina boy.
>>28770373The fuck i cant.Floor mount is garbage. My pedal has 2 pivot points and stays flush with my foot regardless of shoe type or leg position or amount of acceleration being applied.I guarantee you have extremely limited driving experience, more than likely relegated to your parents Peugeot and maybe that one time you drove your uncles Clio (sitting on his lap while he ass fucked you, because youre a faggot).
I have the worst of both worlds, transmission tunnel mounted.
>>28770405my car is initially slow but then goes very fast
>>28770422>he lives in faggotville
>>28770422This is just sad.
>>28770365My 8th gen si has amazing pedals, it’s basically what sold me on the car…
>>28770807I keep telling anyone who will listen but I have your car and a CTR, and I actually don't notice anything that's "worse" other than stopping distance/brake feel. Obviously it's way slower, but the engine is just as enjoyable. Clutch and shifter are as good if not better in the old-ass Si. Car is way smaller and rotates way better, but that could be because my shocks are as stiff as the CTR.
>>28770365What difference does it make? All I can think of is how much it gets interfered with if there's carpet or something on the floor
>>28770862My first car (MK4 Jetta) had top hinged pedals and they were fine I never noticed them much. My current car has a floor hinged pedal and it really fucking hurts your foot if you have to drive at low speeds because the pedal is stupidly programmed to give too much acceleration with just a gentle press and then basically have little variance between how much acceleration you get for a medium vs a firm press of the pedal so you have to constantly feather the pedal and it makes your foot throb. Trying to drive 15-20 mph is torture.
