The Japanese love many aspects of American culture like Baseball, Apple pie, even American cars and motorcycles they love importing them and seen in the same way the states does with RHD cars. Christmas is a big deal and Americans are serious about celebrating it which the Japanese took notice and due to their social customs and norms they found it to be a very appealing holiday and thus they celebrate it. As an American, I treasure the Japanese and how great cultural exchanges like this really are for our respective countries.
