Are there any cars that JUST DON'T fucking break as long as you get oil changes and blah blah blah all that other bullshit? I'm tired of mechanics and their fucking bullshit.
>>
You're 12 and can't comprehend anything meaningful in this world. Remember that as you exist.

Yeah go keep a rolling lease on a sentra for 350 a month. You'll never repair your car again.
>>
I've taken multiple NA EJ25s to 300k+ miles

>no repairs needed

swear to God?
>>
>>28781581
oh it will need repairs, you're just paying for someone else to deal with it via the lease

>you'll never repair your car again

judging by your reading comprehension this is the perfect option for you
>>
>>28781542
How about you fucking grow a pair and get your fat lazy ass under your car and fix it?
>>
Things should just work correctly 100% of the time. There is no benefit to things breaking, so it might as well not happen in the first place. Only a fool would make up an excuse for the contrary.
>>
>>28781580
dude has driven several subarus, how miserable
>>
>>28781542
Nope.

That's why you ought to be out there Luigimaxxing and mass minecrafting everyone in sight.

The world is a shit and will only get more enshittified. There is no hope. No good cars. No good women. No good jobs. No good healthcare. No good place to live (that you can afford). What reason does any young man even have to continue to participate in "society"?
>>
>>28782081
Yeah it's a real shame having 25 years of aftermarket support and parts for the same engine
>>
>>28782951
>Luigimaxxing
I agree with your overall message, but you're also just making up words. What the fuck is "luigimaxxing"?

Just get an EV. Mechanics hate them because it will result in their unemployment. If you know how to do a simple software update, you've already solved 99% of all potential issues.
>>
>>28783545
...Until the electric components break, and you have to replace them just like a regular car but more expensive. Don't take this anon's advice, OP.
>>
>>28783545
And to elaborate, if you really want a bullet proof EV, get a fairly modern one with LFP battery and low-HP electric motor. Those motherfuckers last forever. They should be really cheap on the used market, especially if you live in US.
>>
>>28783545
>>28783548
>buy a boring and unengaging car that teaches you to not give a shit about driving or how things work
>>
>>28783547
Because we all know ICE cars don't have electric components aswell right?
Just don't buy an old Tesla or VW EV and you're set.
>>
>>28783554
That's also why you don't buy anything brand new. Don't by an electric shitbox and don't buy a new fake ICE car.
>>
>>28781542
just enchant it with a mending book and call it a day
>>
>>28783545
>>28783554
Why can't EVtards ever argue in good faith?

What's the issue? There is lots of data saying EVs are more reliable than ICE. And the reliability issues are in most cases due to software shit you can just update yourself if you're not mentally retarded. But I'd avoid older Teslas. They are outliers since Tesla is a software company and not a car company first and foremost.
>>
>>28783566
That chart is about as meaningful as BMW's consumer report. EV cult with an agenda sweeping the negatives under the rug while normal people (at least as normal as you can get in 2025) being honest about their cars. Typical snake oil salesman behavior.
>>
>>28783570
Yeah nothing at all like Toyota shills claiming their hybridjeet drivelines are perfect while undergoing recalls of millions of cars every year
>>
>>28783585
Agreed. I'd still never suggest a modern electroshit as a substitute though. Just buy a 2000s escalade, a cherokee XJ, or an 80s mercedes sedan if you want a car you'll never ever have to touch except for oil changes.
