if a gauge cluster doesn't have oil pressure, it's not even in the running for best instrument panel.

Love me some Ford BMW Land Rover L322. Developed by BMW alongside the 7-series and the BMW X5, they share a LOT of components. BMW sold Land Rover to Ford before it actually went into production, but the design still uses a lot of BMW components. For that first generation, they're arguably a nicer, comfier, quieter, more capable X5. They're some of the nicest Range Rovers ever made, but doesn't save them from being unreliable and expensive to maintain.

I like clear demarcations at 5 mph and 10 mph increments. I realized how much of a pain in the ass it was to maintain a certain speed if they didn't have them.

I'm partial to 70s and 80s clusters done right
pic related, grand marquis guage cluster from early 1980s. I love the square guages, just seems classy

There's also the TRD version with higher scale speedo, but in my opinion, uglier font. It also has the ugly plastic with Altezza logo instead of the digital speedo.

am I weird for not really caring that much what my gauge cluster looks like?
I did think my c5's was pretty nice though I guess.

Nice. I suppose the only thing I'd ask for more is an oil pressure reading, and removal of the whole range thing, since I never lose my sense of that. I drive an '03 Park Avenue that has a nice blue-green vacuum fluorescent display setup that projects the speed on the road ahead. the altitude and brightness of which can be adjusted in fine increments.
