Then the retard thought it wouldn't hurt to stay stopped to get another bite since he was already stopped even if the light turned green. Either other guy will likely be found at fault. But iirc the sandwich eater broke is back, and the other guy's insurance likely covered only 10% of his medical costs(unless this is Canada)
I think they're both in the wrong. Fatso is in the wrong for not paying attention to the road, and speed racer behind him is also in the wrong for not paying attention to what's happening in front of them.
