I have had to wait at transfer points for the next bus to come around because the transfer I needed left early too many times to ever consider not owning a car.It once took me 4 hours to cover 7 miles from the airport to my house by bus.It would take me an hour and a half of walking and bus riding one way to get to work.If public transit was worth a damn I'd consider getting rid of my second car.
