The best car ever was made by BritbongsHow does that make you feel, Septics?
Had you posted the ultima gtr you’d be right.
>>28797141>seposIn future, lower case that name to show disrespect.
>>28797141Need For Speed 2 and 4 are why I love it. Nowadays I prefer modern McLarens though...
>>28797141>made by Britbongsmakes me feel disappointment as your brands are now ran by Pajeets you weak homosexuals.
>have to rent out a race track for a day and hire a small team of engineers to do a simple tyre change>have to replace the fuel cell every 4-5 yearsI wonder how many billionaires that bought them in the 90's still own one when realizing how much of a money pit they are
Mogged by a plastic GM product that some dudes in Connecticut strapped a pair of turbochargers and a bodykit to
>>28797141I don't know what a septic is and don't know why this would offend me, nor do I see this as the best car ever madebut I'm glad you're proud op
>>28797914>needed 4 turbos>almost three times more expensive than a Ferrari Testarossa for an '80s GM interior>no real proofs of its top speedYour move, Callaway schizo.
>>28797922It's Cockney rhyming slang, Septic Tank = Yank
>>28797927Might be one of the dumbest things I've ever heard.
>>28797928For all you slow americans it means you're full of shit
>>28797934Anon, you don't have to make it even dumber, you're not helping your case at all.
>>28797936I remember when Jeremy Clarkson used to refer to Americans as "Septics" on Top GearYou lot got just as butthurt then too.
>>28797940so many years later and it still holds true
>>28797947Ok?
>>28797936Oh we do
>>28797907The tire swap still makes no sense. The F1 wheels are no different than any other center lock wheel.GT3 owners still get their tires changed at local tire shops here.Usually $2,500 for a Cup2 tire or $3,000+ for slicks. No way the F1 tires cost 40,000 euros.
>>28797925Do you not see the extra holes in the bodywork? One of them is even shaped like the corvette logo. That's craftsmanship. Each extra hole adds 10mph to the top speed.
>>28797972Have you seen how wide and tall the sidewall is of an F1 tyre? No one makes tyres anything like that anymore.
>>28797972It's not the tyres its the hiring nerds to joyride your car on the rented track for the day that costs so much.
>>28797907kek at that fuel cell cost, better to have one custom made to fit.
>>28798012>rented track for the day that costs so much. What does a track day have to do with changing tires? Even if it was required, I can hire a professional driver for $1,000 a day. $500 entry to my local track.A far cry from 40KI feel like that's an idiot tax for retarded rich people >>28798005A quick search has 10 different tires below $2,000 a set in the F1 sizes.
>>28798248https://www.thesupercarblog.com/replacing-tires-mclaren-f1-costs-50000/Read
>>28798278Reading isn't their strong suit, they've been told twice and still ask >but why?
>>28798278That's just stealing money from rich dudes.F1 owners arn't doing that.Definitely not required.Jay Lennon doesn'tHe did the ammunition tank to avoid replacing the composite one as well.
>>28798305Ok random anon you know best I guess
>>28798278That's such a load of shit. Bugatti pulls the same shit "Oh you need new $50k tires every 1k miles" "Oh you have to replace the tires and rims every 3k miles". Meanwhile people run aftermarket rims and tires at a fraction of that cost that any Jesus or Jose can install with no issues. It's 2026 and there are lots of options for rim and tire combos that can handle ridiculous top speeds. The same goes for that stupid fuel cell. Walk into any high end welding/fabrication shop and they'll build you a fuel cell that meets or exceeds aerospace standards.
>>28797141>The best car ever was made by BritbongsWrong, wrong, and even more wrong
>>28798322It's not a car if the wheels aren't driven. The fastest piston engine wheel driven speed is held by an American pushrod powered car. Seethe more.
>>28797940No one ever cared, anon. It's as meaningful to Americans as a person calling you a wookelborfar. You'd just look at them like they were retarded.
>>28797907those numbers don't make sense unless they had to re-fabricate an entire part from scratch for the car
>>28797144Based mulepost.
>>28798322>Isn't a car>>>>????>>>>>?
>>28797907Considering that F1s are appreciating by ~$200k a year or more, it's worth the investment.
>>28797940Lies. Americans couldn't watch TG on those days. They wouldn't have known to be offended.
>>28797203Someone post the screencap where an aussie destroyed the ego of all of america by briefly describing what a sepo is
>>28797141Yes
>>28798499RIP Final Gear. You were the best.
