>today I spent a whopping 10 minutes cleaning gasket surfaces
>tomorrow I will spend another 5 minutes affixing said gaskets
>the day after I will spend max 20 minutes putting dabs of rtv where needed, affixing the manifold and tightening it down
>the day after that, ill put the pushrods back in
>if I feel a little nutty maybe ill put the valve covers back on too
>the day after that ill reconnect the harness
>might even drain the oil so I can refill it the next day
anyone else /comfywrench/?
>>

I have to take apart my car again for the 5th time because the slipping clutch issue is due to my incompetent ass buying the wrong clutch. I've disassembled the entire front end and removed the engine and tranny five times already these past 6 months and now I have to do it once more.

>>
Should i respray my car in another color anons? Right now its NPC gray, i lust after dark blue.

You got lucky this time
One has not truly "wrenched" until he has spent multiple days scraping off a decades-old gasket
