I'm looking to buy my first project car, and pic rel just showed up in my area, except the one around me has the factory BBS wheels. 60k miles and listed for 10k but I figure I could get it for 8500. I've always liked Saabs because I'm a contrarian, but is the 9-3 viggen actually a good car?

its a bad idea because you're a casual and you're buying a speciality unique enthusiast car that you can't get most parts for without a decent amount of internet shopping. $10k w/60k miles and manual is a great price but the problem is YOU are the one interestedget a miata like everyone else or a bmw/vw if you love pain (at least their parts are easy)
