The MSRP for the CTR in the US will increase from $47k to about $48k for the 2026MY due to the facelift and tariffs. Got a new-for-me 2018 accord 2.0t. 90k on the odo.Love it to death so far but its transmission is fucking ROUGH first thing in the morning. Downshifting to around 40k throws anything on my passenger seat forward to the ground. Sorts itself out about 10min into the drive. Stays in a garage so shouldn't be too too cold.Known issue or something I can hopefully sort out with a drain and fill on the transmission fluid? I'm new to this shit.

Center bore is 2mm smaller so I solved that with 6mm spacers and extended lug studs (it badly needed them anyway). I'll hopefully be driving it around next week sometime. I'll throw that cannon straight pipe exhaust in the woods soon, too. I have the stock exhaust from the old EG8 stashed for it.

2005 civic coupe and the passenger door wont unlock. With the door still stuck closed, I removed the door panel (only broke some door clips which is fine), and it looks like both the outside key lock and the inside lock tab aren't the problem, but the actual mechanism at the latch. How do I open the door? Just spray a bunch of wd40 and force that latch? I can't find a single video or forum post about this, and I CANNOT be the only person in the world to have this happen.

>>28867373It's hard to get my phone in there for a pic but this is the same part. The red circle is where the inside door handle rod connects to. The orange circle is the outside door handle. Both of them work no problem once the rods are disconnected from the latch. The green circle is where the rod for the outside key lock cylinder attaches to. The lock itself works perfectly fine when disconnected. Another thing I forgot to circle is just under the red circle is where the inside lock tab cable attaches to, you can see the bracket for it and the round hole where the end goes into. Basically neither the bottom thing where the orange arrows are or the interior lock will move all the way to the unlock position. It locks all the way, but unlocks only halfway if that makes sense.

I recently developed a squeaking noise when applying brakes on my 06 accord. The brake fluid is only 6 months old. Do you think it is the master cylinder or the pedal bracket? Now imagine somehow the brake pedal assembly got splashed multiple times somehow magically. Would you re grease any friction points before making any other decisions?

Has an I4 2.4L engine, carfax says it's never been in an accident and, while missing a few oil changes, relatively well maintained. What I'm looking for is basically a civic with more room. I'm a tall guy and my legs hurt from scouching towards the pedals. I am planning to move soon, so I would hope that it can carry my reptile tanks, the bigger one a 4x2x2 glass terrerium. What do you think? Should I even bother buying a new car?
