>130k yuros>fake leatherwhen did this start being acceptable?
We have an X1 with "real" leather and the quality is abysmal, very cheap. I suppose you have to pay because the leather used in the X5 isn't shitty, but the whole point of paying for most luxury brands is paying for features piecemeal and getting tricked for a fancy badge. Mercedes is the same - real leather only is standard with full sized models I'm pretty sure - GLS, S, just as 7, X7 have only real leather for BMW
>>28846990Even the interior of modern Mercedes looks kitschy
>>28846993Yeah I think you have to move to a 5/x5 or higher to get actually nice interior. The new x3 is just shit desu. My g05 has fake leather and it is okay. It was half the price at 60k though.
>>28847002What melanin filled ape thought that it's a good idea to blast bright rgb leds straight at the driver's face?
>>28847002This is in fact exactly what the normies want.I mentioned to a coworker that I might go give a SUV at a nearby dealership a look because I like how simple and minimalistic they are.Coworker looked at the pics online and just went "What the fuck, why does the interior look so ancient for a 2009 car?"Mentioned to him that it's an off roader made to be as basic as possible, it doesn't need anything extra>Yeah but they could have at least tried, my 2014 Audi has hands free and android audio display blah blah blah
>>28847052>This is in fact exactly what the normies want.
>>28847036I assume the brightness is adjustable and these photos are always taken with an extra-long exposure to exaggerate the lights. I have a car that doesn't have LED interior lighting and it is actually kinda annoying at night. I should just get a headlamp, but it is hard to find stuff without it.
People ok with this are same people who are trashing 50k cheaper tesla because of cheap interior.
The cheaper leather is more hard wearing the 'nappa' shit just get creases and cracks
>>28847067Normies understand numbers though.>Durr number go big, it must be better! Why do you think Windows skipped 9 and went straight to 10?Then again, most mutts are idiots.>In the 1980s, A&W Restaurants failed to compete with the McDonald's Quarter Pounder despite offering a larger 1/3-pound burger for the same price. Over half of customers surveyed believed 1/4 pound was bigger than 1/3 pound because "4 is bigger than 3". This failure highlights a classic case of consumer misunderstanding of fraction
>>28847052I hope you punched him in the face
>>28847933Windows skipped 9 because of Windows 95 and 98. Too many programs checked for "Windows 9" to determine compatibility. The A&W burger also sucked, and further, we don't need a burger between 1/2 and quarter pound. Seriously, if you need more food, you just buy two hamburgers or you get a half pounder. And who the fuck has even been to an A&W?
