Lots Of Titties, Usually Saggy
>>28852442Theres an Elise with 17k miles for sale near me for $23k. If I wasn't already aware that most people hate driving them because they're stripped out and really racecar inside, and the 4 cylinder toyota engine isn't that exciting, and parts have to be overnighted from jolly Engerlund for any repairs, I might consider it. They're pretty cars, but generally shit.
>>28852470Renting a gokart probably delivers 90% of the experience for <1% of the cost and headache. They're good track toys but they're almost universally considered miserable road cars until you step into an evora or something
>>28852477It'd be cool to have an Elise or Exige, but not for more than $15k.
>>28852480>let me get one of the most advanced chassis designs ever made with bones on all 4, sub 2400lbs and kswap ready>15k is too much! Dumbass poorfaggot wrenchlet
>>288524702 of my friends owned them, and both really liked them. One was stock and he loved it but had to sell because he was an idiot over his head financially with other things. Second one still owns it and drives it. He is also a racecar driver so there may be something to its racecar like interior thay appeals to him. Its also turned way up to HP numbers that would be harrowing for a car twice its size so its kind of a monster. This dude has like 100 cars and still likes the lotus so that says something. Whatever reliability issues it might have, its nothing like the Esprit, which deserves its reputation for being a basket case
>sell overpriced mr2's with different styling and a celica engine >praised worldwide
>>28852530>This dude has like 100 cars and still likes the lotus so that says something.True, I'm not even certain how some guys get to that many cars and then decide to sell certain cars and not others.
