heuhueheu I have also done that
helicoil time (if the threads have been stripped like mine were)

Should I bother with waterproof shoes if my first instinct when I see rain is always to just not take my bike out?
I mean I usually still have some rolled up rain clothe tug somewhere just in case

the threads are still damaged but I think they're okay enough. will put a new bolt in and see how it goes.
