Is it the best mid size truck?
>>28860655>4 doors>3' decorative mini bedNot A Real Truck.
AU Falcon
>>28860655Absolutely. It's honestly probably the most durable as well. It's pretty beefed up over a standard ranger.
>>28860655>barely smaller than an f150>barely cheaper than an f150>less rear leg room than a fucking maverickWhy do these exist again?
>>28860655Can't wait for the new Dakota. It'll make this look like a kei truck.
S10
>>28860689People that actually use their trucks don't use the bed unless they're hooking up a gooseneck hitch to it. Nothing can really be moved by a truck bed that can't be moved by a van or car.
Tacoma just like always
>>28860655"Hi my name is Johnny and I drive a Tacomaah""If you don't move out the way I'm going to run you ovvah""In my Tacomah... IN MY TACOMaaah!! IN MY TacOMAAAhh!!"
>>28860914>by a vanJust another type of truck.Gtfo, faggot.
>>28860914>Nothing can really be moved by a truck bed that can't be moved by a van or car.you've never driven a car with a diesel can in it have you
>>28860689Four doors short bed is the most practical config for most people. I have the canyon in the same config. It fits my three little sons in the back and the bed is big enough for a yard of gravel from the contractor landscaping place which is the most gravel the suspension can handle anyway.
>>28860863It's much smaller than a f150. Have you ever been in one?F150 raptors start over 20k more than this so not the same price. This isn't true either
>>28860954dude a yard of gravel is like 3000 lbs
>>28860655>Is it the best mid size truck?>Fix or Recall DailyNo.Get a Frontier.
>>28860914I’ve had a ton of gravel in the back of the Hilux and I really wouldn’t fancy moving that with a car or inside a box van
>>28860863>barely cheaper than an f150An XLT 4 door F150 is $12k more than a ranger. That's not "barely cheaper" to me
Frontier is the least bad pickup truck you can buy.
>>28860963I dunno how much a yard of gravel weighs but damn she squats. I would rather go back for a second load. It's just a mid size man, it can do the job for the family man in suburbia but don't go overboard. A longer bed won't make it a superduty.
>>28860992you're hauling shit and you don't even know what it weighs, that's straight up retarded my man. i'll only haul a half ton of 3/4 crushed stone at a time in my silverado and that's already over its rated capacity.
>>28860863they don't make much sense for the NA market but they're very popular in other countries because they avoid tariffs. One of my coworkers has a house in the Philippines and he says that an F-150 there would be 3-4x the cost by comparison as the Ranger is make in Thailand I guess whereas the F-150 would have to be imported from the US.
>>28861008I never claimed to not be retarded. If anything this proves short bed is best for a mid size as it prevents retards from being TOO retarded.
>>28861019ok you win
>>28860914O rly?
>>28860964>he drives a nissan
>>28861184Yes, it has a V6 and hasn't had 15 recalls in the last 12 months.
>>28861019>If anything this proves short bed is best for a mid size as it prevents retards from being TOO retarded.
>>28861184Yes, yes I do
>>28861308Do you actually ever look up what recalls are when you parrot this shit? Like oh wow so many recalls, I bet it's really bad. Let's see, we got>trailer lighting issue: OTA update>loss of power brake assist: 679 effected units across 5 models>inadequate "Windshield Mounting." 9 effected units across 2 models>passenger airbag failure 405 effected units>separate braking issue: OTA update>instrument panel: 45 effected units>loose bolts on drivers seat: 46 effected units>loose control arm: 4497 effected units across 2 models>incorrect load carrying capacity: they mail you a new sticker to stick over the old one in the door jamb >fuel pump failure: 9 effected units>loose fuel line bracket: 65 effected unitsIt's a lot of recalls but the majority of them only apply to a very very small number of trucks. A lot of them are just software updates. One of them is literally just a sticker with the wrong number on it.. What other manufacturer is out there issuing a full blown NHTSA recall for 9 cars?
>>28861436you know what's even better than sifting through alldat?
The amount of fords going to the junkyards in 5 years is going to be astonishing.
>>28860991I like the Frontier. The only thing bad about it I can find are early alternator failures, possibly due to its location at the bottom front of the engine allowing more water and dirt exposure. Someone also reported a transmission failure at 58k but this dumbass was driving through water above the wheels.
>>28861442Convenient that you picked specifically the 2021 Tacoma. Real lucky you didn't pick 2020 which had 1525742 recalled Toyota models with bad fuel pumps, or 2019 which had 44121 bad brake master cylinders, or 2022 which had 381199 rear axle separations. At least they had that one good year.
>>28861455What can I say, I know how to pick 'em.
>>28861455>RecallsWho cares? They fix what's broken and you move on. Isn't that the entire point of buying new?
>>28860989Go actually walk into a dealership and see which one is cheaper or the better value. I'll give you a hint. It's the one that sells 5000x more.
>>28861496Funny how as soon as Toyota has a recall it's "who cares"
I think the colorado looks the best but idk what one is the best
mid size truck makes no sense to me. I got a F150 V8 suicide doors supercab and long bed, now that's a real truck config. And not even that much bigger than a ranger.
>>28860877>It'll make this look like a kei truck.pls noI don't want bigger midsizes.I also don't want more crossovers either.>>28861496Yes, but you might be the lucky unfucker to discover the problem before it's a recall and the dealer insists it's your dime to fix it.
>>28860655>best>midsizedpick one
>>28860689yeah it would be cooler as an suv, they should make that
>not pic related fite me
>>28860962I literally went to the Ford dealer weekly and saw them parked right next to the f150s. Every inconvenience of driving an f150 applies to the ranger as well. Cant go in many underground parking lots, parking in general is shit, bed height is too high (inb4 manlet) still shit on gas. They dont make sense to buy and the sales reflect that because they sell like shit. There's no point.
>>28863546>soulless electric truck-shaped object>bestLOLLMAO, even.
>>28863546I like the wheels, that’s the only positive thing I can say about it
>>28863975no you
>>28863558Everything sells like shit compared to an F150. If that was the metric then there's no point buying any car when a Rav4 exists
>>28864027tabla x
>>28864183Idk why I bother arguing when you're just going to make things up. The ranger objectively sells like shit. This is a known fact. Because its a pointless vehicle. All of the downsides of a full size truck with like half the benifits.
>>28863558>Cant go in many underground parking lotsLol.What the fuck are you talking about.2025 Ranger is 74.4" 2025 Range Rover is 74"2025 Escalade is 76.7"2025 Tacoma is 74.4"2025 Frontier is 72.9"2025 Coloarado is 79.9" (shortest)Youre a fucking retard thats just pulling random bullshit out of your ass.
>>288642792025 Ranger>70,960 sold2025 Corvette>25,835 sold2025 Frontier>47,630 soldGTFO with that bullshit clickbait
