Miss me yet?

no

After hearing BMW bros talk about all the fixes those E46 need to just be ready to drive; no.
Dudes he thinking rod bearings are normal maintenance.
>>
>>28865999
Nope. I have the same reaction seeing new BMWs as I did these old pieces of shit, "Wow, who would waste a pile of money on that boring trash?"

Okay then
>>
Just in terms of BMWs, yes
>>

>not pigfat
Yes it is, compared to the E36
>>
I miss my E36 compact the most of the BMWs I've owned
>>

back in the day when they were cheap and plenty to be seen in good condition, it was a great buy.
today, i dont want a cheap rusted shitbox e46, and i dont want an overpriced but in good condition slow car for the price of a b58 car.
e39>e46 as an old bmw project

Get the 330i then loser
230 hp is enough
Even the 100 hp the 316i had is enough if it’s manual
Also the M3 model still costs like 5-10 times the price of the 330i
>>
>>28866249
>230 hp is enough
No, 230hp isn't enough unless the car is under 2,000lbs
>>
>>28865999
i do not miss my e88, no. Its replacement, a mustang GT has been way less worrisome in terms of randomly fucking going into limp mode or having unexpected repairs every other month.
>>
I love my E39 but all the parts available for it seem to be garbage at this point, hepu water pump was immediately leaking from the weep hole after installing it so I put a oreilly pump in just to get it back on the road asap but the oreilly pump is making bearing noise immediately after starting the car, and I've been through 4 thermostats, they keep failing within months, thankfully fcp euro has lifetime warranty but I still have to waste an hour changing it out and then trying to bleed all the air out of the coolant system which is an insane process in itself, and don't even get me started on window regulators, I've changed probably a dozen since buying the car

The best form of preventative maintenance is preventatively buying a better car

BMWs used to be so beautiful.
>>

And the E36 is compared to the E30. It goes on and on for every car, dummy.
>>
>>28866958
Except the E36 has superior suspension compared to the E30, dummy

Nice blogpost, dogfucker.

I always missed you. From the first moment I saw a bangle-butt 7-series, I knew that you would soon be taken from me.

Sometimes, then I remember it had 80hp less and an open diff compared to the car that replaced it.
