If you're that worried, you'd probably be best off installing a 5 point harness and a bucket seat - this will hopefully keep you in place and stop you being launched around the car. That being said, fatality rates increase exponentially with speed, regardless of seatbelts and airbags and such, so the real solution is, as a Wise Man once said, "just don't crash bro".
