People latch on to swaps that are already proven. Will the transmission mate up? Will the engine fit without cutting the frame? Are there reasonable places to put new motor mounts? How do you integrate the wiring harnesses?If you have a lot of time and money and are willing to take a chance that it won't work out then go for it.

Again I can understand needing to swap an engine for a rebuilt one but actually modifying the car to use one it wasn't intended to use is a good sign the car is fundamentally CRAP.
