goyota paypigs will see this and think,>WAOWWWW!!!! ONLY 100K MILES>THAT'S BARELY BROKEN IN!!!!!>WHAT A DEAL!!!!!"
>>28876415Yes buy the 15,000 mile car instead with a moldy interior and factory oil
I think that about 100k mile 5.0L 6 speed autotragic F150s from 2011-2014. I'm in the market for one but at the price I want to pay they have 250k miles. A 100k mile 4wd STX truck is like $20k.
>>28876415This is trucks in general. You can't get good cheap trucks anymore.
>dodgefag mind broken at the possibility that a 100k mile vehicle won't be a steaming pile of shit falling apart so completely that the repairs it needs exceeds its value
>>28876415Toyota of that era are literally built different. I paid 16k for a 4Runner with 140k miles and you wouldn't be able to tell it has over 40k
>>28876415Vehicles should last 200k+ miles these days if you care for them, 100k isn't an issue. The biggest problems with cars over ~150k is - >1) Rust>2) People not doing maintenance and then things fall apartI suspect that most people do not change any fluid over the lifespan of their vehicle other than oil and then wonder why it shits the bed. 100k miles IS just barely broken in, but expect to put $3-4k into it immediately to change all fluids, plugs, maybe fix a couple other things.
>>28876415Every used car I've ever bought was over 100k miles and my first one was an 88 Celica. Lasted until I blew it up.Milage is not an issue when you know how to wrench
>>28876458Yes you can. 2500 GMT800's are reliable and cheap. Yeah they're going to be crusty but beggars can't choosers if you're on a budget.
seen this browsing faceberg today. pathetic.
>>28876415>WAOWWWW!!!! ONLY 100K MILESwild to think there are machines out there that can actually achieve 1 million miles right faggot? Without the transmission shitting the bed like a typical Ford or GM Chinkshit? Just change all the fluids on these things when they're due and you have a reliable machine.
>>28877015That's not just a Goyota thing. Any manufacturer can and likely will tell you to go pound sand if you modify the vehicle. If you were the manufacturer would you want to be replacing people's power and drivetrains because they're running 40's and putting additional stress on everything?
Miles are fine but it's 12 years old in Pennsylvania. It's rusting. Southern hillbillies on here think you can drive a car for 20+ years.
>>28876448Not a bad expectation tbhfamalam. Also you really don't want a manual in a 4x4 truck. Fact of the matter is Ford put stronger automatics in starting with the 4R100.
>>28876415Pickups are for fuckups
>>28877036no idea why other pickup manufacturers haven't taken the aluminumpill like Ford has (for their truck bodies). Frame can still rust obviously but body rust is the #1 reason old cars get sent to the scrap heap. Ford always seems like they're one step ahead of other truck manufacturers.
>>28877020see this anon's post >>28877036.
>>28876415Kek you can get a low mile first Gen raptor for that price and run circles around that truck.
>>28877783yeah but is it going to last >>28877020 ONE MILLION MILES? a toyota with 100k is barely broken in, probably still have factory crosshatch pattern on the cylinder walls. a toyota like that will live to see the heat death of the universe, so if you ask me $25.9k is a STEAL.... like the police should probably scan the VIN against a database of stolen vehicles!!!!
>>28877783No, you can't. Clean gen 1 Raptors (sub ~80k miles) are $35k+. Mind you they're 12 years old for the newest gen 1s, rust is an issue. Want no rust? Easily $40k+. Raptors of all generations have retarded resale value, they hold their value extremely well.
>>28877798Lol the one sitting in my driveway right now is all the proof I need.>>28877790Kek
