Because I want my maps, navigation, music, hands fee calls and speech to text messaging all incorporated into one unit that is not held to the windscreen with a suction cup with gay ass external cables.
chink carplay units go for under $100 on aliexpress and waze blows this thing out of the water in every possible way. tomtoms and garmins were pretty cool in 2006 though way better than having to print shit out on Mapquest
