When are used pickup prices going to crash again?
>>
When dummies stop paying the prices. They won’t though, especially for trucks. If people refused to pay these amounts they’d come down but they don’t so there’s no sense in selling for cheap

That thing is worth nothing because it’s an out of date, worn out tool. Yet people will pay for it so it will never, ever come down in price

Toyotards are so easy to fleece.

I can buy a non-toyota for like 2k. You guys know Toyota's aren't actually invincible, right? They need shit replaced too especially when they're like 30 years old.
>>
those trucks are vintage, so now the price goes up

When manufacturers start making something comparable again. So, never. Honest, properly sized compact trucks are only dwindling in supply.

I used to buy those for 2-3k€ 15 years ago.

>>28893426not sure where you love, but boomers are price gouging all compact trucks near me. toyotas more than others, but not by much. Mazda B/Ford Ranger, S10, and Dakotas are all going for above what would have been high market value pre-COVID.
what >>28893488 said is true, they "know what they have," and what they have is a truck that will never be made again because US truck manufacturing is a race to the bottom that prioritizes profit and techbloat over reliability and function. chicken tax, diesel tax, and emissions regulations are all evidence that the government doesn't want us having sensible trucks that are designed to be used as a truck, they want us buying Ford/Dodge/GM and anybody else that will play by their rules.
